How to order?
Shopping at Gardenwhisper is very easy. Just follow these steps: Choose the section (Jewerlry,Phone accessories,Hat & hair accessories, Home & office) and then pick the item you like. View the products you are interested in and click on different photograph to see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price. Select an item and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest. Choose whether you would like your order to be delivered through standard or express delivery. Select a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Gift Card... Confirm the order. You will receive an email confirming your order.

Do You Restock Items That Are Sold Out?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE IN THE PHOTO?
Yes, Except products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product. Since our pressed flower phone cases are made with 100% real petals/flowers, no flowers/petal are identical. However, desgin will be similar but not identical.
Can I Modify Or Cancel My Order?
Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows you to. Contact us for faster response.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.
Shipping and handling
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Standard delievery within the U.S. will take 3 to 7 working days and express deliveries, between 1 and 2 working days. International usually takes 7-14 days. Custome Handmade phone cases will take 2 to 3 days to be made. After phonecase is produced, it will be shipped out immediately.
Return and exchange Policy
Customers will have 7 days to return or exchange your product, starting from the time your tracking number says you received your order. Custom made accessories such as phone cases are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost, we recommend that you use tracking and insured shipping. Please carely wrapped return items with padded envelope or bubble mailer when returning jewelry. We will not be hled responsible if we receive it damaged or lost. All items must be returned in same condition which you have received it.Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Jewelry (excluding earrings and body piercings) must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Once package is received, we will review the returned items and if we approved, we will process your refund. We hold the right to refuse any returns. If we declined returned items, you will be notified by emails and it will be shipped back to you. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International address, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Damaged items
In the rare case that you do receive a damaged item we will send you a new one for free. Please examine tems you have purchased immediately after receiving your order. You must report a damaged item within 24hours of when your tracking says you received your order. Picture proof must be provided .A majority of our items are handmade, although our items go through multiple quality checks, sometimes there can still be minor human errors. Once picture proof is provided we will examine the item and determine whether or not it is minor human error. We hold the right to refuse a reshipment of an item, so if we do determine the damage is just minor human error we will not process the reshipment of the item.
